  • Build resilience and cultivate thriving through Changing Minds, Changing Lives (CMCL), a dynamic ten week course that creates a culture where wellbeing thrives.  Each class provides research and activities that build the skills of resilience such as putting your top five strengths into action, developing self-leadership, recognizing automatic thinking and engaging in self-compassion.

  • CMCL addresses that our resilience is a learned response to stress. How we cope, who we call for support, and what resources are available affects our resilience.

  • Resilience is a practice. Each one of us has the capacity to actively cope with challenges, leverage our strengths and cultivate meaningful connections. By changing your mind, you can change your life.
